From the South (Chiasso): A2 to Altdorf, along the lake until Brunnen, and on along the lake road to Vitznau. No verry necessary.
From the North (Basel): A2 to Lucerne, A14 to Rotkreuz, A4 to Küssnacht, on the main road to Küssnacht, Greppen, Weggis, Vitznau
